I'd rather they not keep involving ancestors in an actual sequel. The Sly games were never really a direct continuation from one to the other, though Sanzaru might decide to change things up in that aspect.

Sly's father. and the creator of the thievius Racoonus. Which raises the question, how old IS the book? Is it really old, like clockwerk old, or is it just a few generations old

slyvin the book was made by slytutincamin the 2nd and it was made in ancient Egypt but if i had to pick id pick Conner,Thadeus,tenesee(again), Henriette one eyed cooper

I think it's time we get to know who's the original mastermind. It'd be great to meet every other Cooper but I think his father makes the icing of the cake! |

I personally think Sly shouldn't meet his father. Throughout the series he never shows any reliance on his father and he's only ever mentioned when telling Sly's backstory. I think the idea is more that Bentley and Murray are his family

I think the idea is more that Bentley and Murray are his family I agree with this. Plus it's a non-pleaseable problem. If they show Sly's father, one mess up will PISS EVERYONE OFF. If they don't, people will keep demanding. I think they took the best possible approach: show him in the cutscene, but not in normal depiction. So no one got mad. Besides, f they don't show a character in something, it's usually because they don't WANT to show them. Imagine showing Mom and Dad from Cow and Chicken or Ms. Bellum from PPG. It's just a bad idea to do so. |
